Shipping + Returns

We attempt to ship orders within 36-48 hours. An estimate of the shipping and delivery times is provided at checkout.

 

Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times, however you should have your goodies within three to five days. 

If you leave a note for your parcel to be left on your doorstep, we will not take responsibility if it disappears. We recommend you send your parcel to the post office if no one is home.

 

AUSTRALIA WIDE

  • Shipping is FREE Australia-wide with any purchase over $99

  • All purchases up to $30 are at a flat rate of $5 and purchases between $31-$99 are $10.00  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (inc. NZ)

International shipping outside Australia is available but only via direct request at this time.

RETURNS & EXHANGE POLICY

We hope that you'll be thrilled with your Chameleon Ink. purchase, but in the event that  something isn't right,  we will accept a return within the first 7 days of your purchase. Providing the product is in unused condition and within it's original packaging we will process a full refund. Return shipping charges are at the Buyers expense. We strongly recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number.

Allow 1-2 days for the refund to be processed once we recieve your parcel. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.

 

NOTE: The sale of all limited edition products, sale items, custom orders, products that have been engraved, monogrammed, embossed, personalised (etc.) are final and non-refundable.

Australian customers are responsible for shipping costs that are being returned/exchanged due to change of mind.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

Chameleon Ink. will reimburse you for the shipping cost on receipt of any defective product and exchange of the product. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

International customers are responsible for shipping, duties, customs, and taxes on returned or exchanged items. Before returning please send detailed photos and order information to chameleoninkenquiry@gmail.com. We will advise how to proceed and for shipping we strongly recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number.
